“Application of Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing 4.0”: a doctoral seminar between the University of Lorraine and Tongji University (Shanghai, China).

On June 11 and 12, a doctoral seminar organized by CRAN's ISET department will bring together doctoral students from the University of Lorraine and Tongji University (Shanghai, China) to discuss the industry of the future.

 

 

This event follows the visit of Professor Li LI, from the School of Life Science and Technology at Tongji University, who was recently invited to CRAN as part of his work on predictive maintenance. The Chinese delegation will be composed of 15 doctoral students and 3 professors, and the French delegation will be represented by 10 students from CRAN and 2 from Loria.

The objective of this seminar is to allow French and Chinese doctoral students to present their scientific thesis issues and to exchange ideas about their work, in order to bring out common orientations, new research questions and collaborations.

On the agenda: presentations of laboratory research activities around the following themes: "Machine Learning and Intelligent Computing", "Smart Manufacturing and Maintenance Optimization", "Autonomous System and Distributed Control", doctoral student interventions and visits to the platforms available for research on the industry of the future.
