A look back at the science festival and the night of the 80th anniversary of the CNRS

In October, the CRAN participated in two major scientific mediation events.

  • On October 11 and 12, our teacher, researchers, PhD students and engineers presented their work to the schools of the Nancy-Metz Academy and the general public. Young and old alike were able to discover the many facets of the cell by observing them in different forms: in a box, in a sphere, in colour, in movement..., and go on a wander with our mobile robots!
  • On October 18, the laboratory took part in the CNRS' 80th anniversary celebrations organized by the CNRS Centre-Est delegation during an evening at Nancy's town hall with 400 participants. The public came in large numbers to learn everything about how the brain works and to explore the complexity of this organ at a workshop and conference.

A big thank you to all the CRAN people involved in these two events!
